Datacare has developed a range of software products to assist with accounting and client management. These packages are currently being used to assist in aged and community care including respite or residential services, disability services, community centres and similar groups.
Datacare covers the supply, installation and support of computers and notebooks, servers and networks as well as other peripherals that make up an organisation’s IT system. This also includes access to the internet and remote access.
Our Helpdesk provides a convenient point of contact for our customers to assist with any issue they may experience. This covers use of Windows and productivity tools such as Office as well as diagnosing hardware or network issues. Most support can be provided over the phone and for those customers with remote access we can provide a prompt response without the need to travel to your office.
Our consulting staff are available to discuss any issues to assist with planning for expansion or new initiatives, reviewing existing systems to ensure they are keeping pace with your goals or development or potential use of new software or development of specific applications.
